Before you start
Is this training for Jira admins or project managers?
Both. The configuration and permissions material is admin-facing; the boards, reporting and JQL material is what a delivery-side PM needs day to day.
Do I need to know agile first?
It helps but is not required. Board and sprint classes explain the underlying agile concepts as they go.
Does Jira training earn PDUs?
Yes. Tool training counts toward the Ways of Working portion of your PMI renewal cycle, and credits report automatically.
Does this cover Jira Cloud or Server?
The catalog focuses on current Atlassian Cloud behaviour, noting where Data Center and older Server instances differ.
