6. PDU Credits and Certifications

MPUG is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP). PDU credits earned through our platform are subject to PMI's rules and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Accurately reporting PDUs to PMI
• Ensuring your activities meet PMI's requirements for PDU credits
• Maintaining records of your PDU-earning activities

MPUG is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect PDU reporting or PMI policy changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
