Empowering Project Teams at Leading Companies
Trusted by top organizations worldwide for project management excellence

Why PMI-ACP
Agile credibility that survives contact with a team
Single-framework certificates teach you one ceremony set. PMI-ACP covers the range, which is what hybrid organizations actually run.
More than Scrum
Kanban, Lean and XP alongside Scrum. Most teams run a blend, and the exam reflects that rather than pretending otherwise.
Leading without authority
Servant leadership and coaching are the day job. This is the part most agile training skips and most agile roles depend on.
Metrics that mean something
Velocity, throughput and burndown — what each one is evidence of, and how each gets misused in status reporting.
Agile inside a PMO
Adaptive planning and scaling patterns for organizations that still need forecasts, gates and a portfolio view.

Not a course library someone bought. Instructors who do this work on live projects, and a member base that has been arguing about how it should be done since 1999.
Practitioners, not presenters
Instructors are working project professionals — authors, MVPs and specialists who still do this for a living and teach from what broke last quarter.
Learn live or at 11pm
Interactive sessions when you want to ask questions, and a 500+ class on-demand library for the weeks that get away from you.
PDUs handled for you
As a PMI Authorized Training Partner, credits report straight to your PMI account and every claim leaves an audit-ready certificate behind.
Somewhere to take the hard one
Bring the problem that is actually blocking you to a member community that has been arguing about project work since 1999.

Questions
Before you start
What are the PMI-ACP requirements?
A secondary degree, 12 months of general project experience in the last five years, 8 months of agile project experience in the last three, and 21 contact hours of agile training.
How is PMI-ACP different from a Scrum certification?
Scrum credentials certify one framework. PMI-ACP spans Scrum, Kanban, Lean and XP, and it requires documented agile experience rather than only a course.
Do I need to be on an agile team already?
Yes — eligibility requires 8 months of agile project experience within the last three years, so this is not an entry-level credential.
Does this count toward PMP renewal?
Yes. The classes are PDU-eligible, and agile PDUs are among the most useful for a PMP renewal cycle.
