Is this training about the software or about running remote teams?
Both, deliberately. Channel structure and integrations are the mechanics; meeting facilitation and async norms are what actually determine whether a distributed project works.
Do I need admin rights?
No. Most of the material is for the person running the project rather than the person administering the tenant, though governance topics touch both.
Does Teams training earn PDUs?
Yes. Collaboration and communication content typically maps to Power Skills in the PMI Talent Triangle, and credits report automatically.
Will this help with an existing messy Teams setup?
