Event Description:

The schedule is baselined and it’s time to start your project. Correctly implementing your project means it must be monitored and controlled using an accurate status gathered from your team. But, where do you enter the status in Microsoft Project? You could use the standard fields, task forms, and task usage views, but what if you could combine them into a custom view, providing one place to update your project?

In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of gathering accurate status information and learn to create a custom status view for maximum efficiency – regardless if you manage durations and %Complete or actual and remaining work hours.
