In this presentation, Lynn will share his observations from many “Years in the Trenches” of managing projects. He will touch on what seems to work, what doesn’t, best practices as wells as capabilities being used and not used. Some items covered will include what went well, what went poorly, repositories for lessons, examples of best practices, categories of lessons.

Lynn Heatley, PMP
In January 2012, Lynn took a position as PM Consultant at Harris RF, where he serves as PMO leader on a large Oracle implementation.
Lynn has served as instructor for Microsoft Project 97, Project 2003, Project 2007, Project 2010 and was hired by Element K in 2003 to serve as subject matter expert for development of their courseware. Lynn has instructed over 400 students. Worked at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Xerox and Harris RF (current). Cofounder and President of Telperion Solutions Group. Consulted with Danka, Erdman Anthony Consulting Engineers, AstraZeneca, Genzyme, Seneca Gaming Corporation and Monro Muffler.
