Attendees will learn how to create an Executive Level Project Milestone view in Microsoft Project through the use of filters, customization and layering of bar styles, color coding milestones and rolling milestones up to a summary level.

Presenter Bio: Chris Mauck, PMP, MCITS a Senior Program Analyst for Jacobs Technology, Mr. Mauck provides project/program management best practice guidance to the USMC’s for the Program Manager Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Services. Along with developing standard project management processes, Mr. Mauck has lead the deployment of the MS Project Server 2007 solution to provide visibility and standard reporting across the program.Prior to joining Jacobs, Mr. Mauck worked as a Senior Consultant for Pcubed, providing project/program management consulting services to Fortune 100 companies and major government agencies. His experience includes implementing initiatives around strategic business process analysis, development of project management process management, rollout of enterprise project management tools, and facilitating project management process and tool training. Focusing on people, process and tools, he assists organizations at becoming more efficient at project and program management.
