Event Description:

Regardless which project management methodology you choose, you’ll still guide your projects through a project lifecycle. The methodologies differ in how they progress through the lifecycle’s stages or phases and how you schedule and manage the work that’s performed. In this session, we’ll explore implementing these methodologies in more detail. In addition, we’ll look at scheduling for these methodologies in Microsoft Project.
