Jacques Goupil

Jacques Goupil, PMP, MCP, MCTS, is the Business Development Managing  Director at <a href="http://www.ppmworks.com/" target="_blank">PPM Works, Inc.</a>,  a consultancy focused on delivering project, portfolio, and business management solutions.
