Event Description:

From defining what we need from them to defining what they need from us, this discussion looks at how a healthy examination of the org chart and the mission statement goes a long way in clarifying what stakeholders want and what they should want. This class builds on the classic salience model, establishing stakeholder priorities and the importance of knowing how to balance the interplay of different stakeholder needs.

Learning Objectives:

  • Determine stakeholder positions in the salience model
  • Prioritizing stakeholders and their needs
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage stakeholder needs from one group to another
