Scott Footlik is a Project Management consultant with over 25 years of experience in the development of Project Management organizations, process and toolset implementation. He is experienced with organization change and adoption of project management best practices and has extensive experience with government and DOD organization program management. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Pepperdine University, Scott has also been a contributing author books in relation to Microsoft Office Project and Project Server. Scott is a certified Project Management Professional as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
