Event Description:
In December 2015 PMI updated the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program. The CCR program is a mandatory element of maintaining a PMI certification and intended to enhance the professional development of PMI certification holders.
Research has demonstrated that it takes more than technical skills to succeed in a project oriented role. Employers need project practitioners with leadership and business intelligence skills to support long-range strategic objectives that contribute to the bottom line.
The ideal skill set — the PMI Talent Triangle — is a combination of technical, leadership, and strategic and business management expertise.
Effective 1 December 2015 the CCR program will be aligned with the employer-identified skills of the PMI Talent Triangle to ensure you are equipped to remain relevant in a continually changing business environment.
Attend the session to understand:
• Exactly what is changing
• How you are impacted
• What you need to do to prepare
• Key dates
• Where you can find more information and get your questions answered.
