Douglas Bower is a Lecturer in project management at the Toronto Campus of Northeastern University. Until 2015, he was a senior manager in the Government of Ontario, Canada. Previously, he provided consulting services to IT and telecom firms. He also led complex multi-million dollar projects and programs within major Canadian corporations. Dr. Bower earned a Doctor of Project Management degree from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Doug’s research on project planning, phases and earned value management has been published in professional journals. He has been an invited speaker at project management conferences in Canada, the US, Europe and Australia.
