Brett Brewer is the General Manager for Microsoft Project. Brett has spent the last 18 years at Microsoft and has worked in a diverse set of roles across the organization, including field sales, Windows, web search, high performance computing, labs, and Office. He has specialized in early stage product development, working on multiple V1 products (Surface Hub, Sway, Planner, Bing, Compute Cluster Server, Deep Zoom) and leading multiple labs teams (Live Labs, Office Labs). Prior to Microsoft, he worked for 12 years as a chemical engineer and software developer in the industrial automation field in the pulp and paper, fine chemical, and power generation industries. Brett is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
