A seasoned LEAN specialist with a passion for process improvement, I have been pushing the boundaries of traditional project management practices to deliver projects faster and reduce costs, while meeting business objectives. I am attracted to Big Hairy Audacious Goals and find the challenges of identifying simple solutions to complex business problems exhilarating. It also gives me utmost satisfaction to watch breakthrough performances achieved by project teams whose processes I have helped improve.
I also coach and mentor individuals who take an interest in LEAN, six sigma and theory of constrains and explore ways to adapt them to their unique project management environment.
