Microsoft To-Do, Planner and Project for the Web are now integrated in one Tool: New Planner, or simply, Planner. In three webinars you will find out what is new, and how to use it. From the simple Task to complex project creation, plus simple to complex tracking and setting Goals.

Over the course of three sessions, you will learn how to create Private Tasks and plans, as well how to create a complex project with dozens of Tasks, and how to collaborate via Teams. Last, but not least, you will find out how to manage Project files with them, and how to handle resources among those plans and Projects.

In Part 1, you will be introduced to the new Planner, a tool that integrates Microsoft To-Do, Planner, and Project for the web. You will learn how to install and pin Planner to Teams, and explore various features such as My Day, All Tasks, Private Tasks, and Assigned to Me Tasks.

Discover how to access flagged emails in the new Planner and navigate the Task detail screen. You will also gain an understanding of My Plans, including personal plans and shared plans, and learn how to create basic and premium plans from scratch or existing templates. Additionally, you will find out how to make tasks from a plan visible in My Tasks and My Day.
