Event Description:

As products become increasingly software-defined, established methodologies and practices of Project Management are being redefined. Product lifecycles, and the notion of “done” itself isn’t as clear as it once was.

With the introduction of AI throughout the entire stack, from the tools used by knowledge workers, to the systems that power these tools, to the products’ capabilities themselves, we are witnessing dramatics shifts in the roles of Project Managers.

In this interactive talk, we will explore the context around which these changes are happening, how rapid advances including AI are reshaping the PM discipline, and what future trends might bring to the space.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how the role of PMs needs to evolve in the current context
  • Identify challenges and opportunities brought by recent advances including AI
  • Internalize what the audience can do to leverage these changes and leap ahead of the pack.
