Project Management Institute (PMI)® Professional Development Units (PDUs):
This Webinar is eligible for 1 PMI® PDU in the Strategic category of the Talent Triangle.
Event Description:
The event title has changed from ‘Agile Methodologies with Microsoft’ to ‘Structured Project Management using EPM, Jira, and TFS’ for a better description of the material covered.
Learn how to harness the power of Agile methodology and tools with the structure of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM).
While individually, tools like Microsoft EPM, TFS and Jira can empower organizations to focus on the important work. Typically, departments will choose one tool or the other based their high priority reporting needs. During this session you will see how to take advantage of Microsoft EPM capabilities like artifact management and team site collaboration while using TFS and Jira to manage your sprint backlog, bringing the best of Agile and Structured EPM together in harmony.
Questions:
- Is your organization ready to take the next steps towards integrating or deploying Microsoft EPM with Jira or TFS?
- Are you pressured to supply MS Project like scheduling and report for your Agile (e.g., Jira or TFS) projects?
- Does your PMO use MS Project/PWA while your development departments use Jira or TFS causing your scrum master to pull their hair out trying to figure out how to satisfy the CTO and the project team at the same time?
