Description:

A schedule health assessment assures schedule models accurately represent the scope of work in a logically connected manner. A healthy schedule is logically sound, contains proper status, is not overly constrained, and is planned to an appropriate level of detail. Jim will demonstrate some tips, traps, and tricks to make sure your schedule model is useful for analysis and forecasting using over 40 different checks used by many auditors. Jim will show a few Microsoft Project settings that routinely cause trouble and why you should change temporary. Jim’s insight will help you create schedule models that are truly driven by program events. A healthy and fit schedule reduces schedule risk and increases schedulers credibility to the PMO.
