When we think of predecessors and successors, we often think about these dependencies in standalone projects. But what if we need to create links between multiple projects? How is that accomplished?
This webinar addresses what a master project schedule is, how to use a master project schedule to link tasks across multiple projects, and the importance of using milestone tasks to accomplish linking.
