Zeros in Approval Center

PMs are seeing many zeros in their Approvals Center. The following is what we do know.

Zeros appear if a user submits a timesheet with zeros without saving it first
Zeros appear when a user submits a timesheet with actual hours on a few days – the rest of the days with no hours contain zeros

Why else do zeros appear in the Approval Center? It’s unsettling to accept so many zeros onto your project plan. Is this a known issue, is there a fix, is there a feature to turn off?
