      When you find Outlook rules Stopped working, you must troubleshoot to minimize the size of the rules.
      For it, you can edit an Outlook rule. Follow these steps for editing a rule.

      Tap ‘File’ followed by ‘Manage Rules and Alerts.’

      Tap ‘OK’ if you notice a message saying ‘You have a broken rule.’

      Check the box beside it.

      Tap the links below the rule description and edit as needed.

      Tap ‘OK.’
