  What tools do you all use to create a WBS. I have always done it directly in MS Project, using task notes for my WBS. It’s not the most user friendly way in the world, but this prevents me from transferring the information into MS Project later. Just use 1 tool. I found this tip sheet to be helpful.

  I use WBS ChartPro from Critical Tools.
