Task bar color based on resource assigned

  I am using Ms-2016, I would like to know if the color of the task bar can be changed depending on the resource assigned. Ex: If Paul is assigned to a task the bar becomes Green whereas it will turn yellow if Jim is assigned.
  How can it be done?
