Slack in critical path

      Hi,

      I added slack in the last task in the critical path but the last task is not changed in to non critical task even though slack added in the last task?

      Bala, how did you add slack to the last task. Based on my understanding of your question, the last task is still the task that is driving the project end date and is still critical. Thanks…
