MS Project Enterprise 2013 and Kanban

Hello Fellow MPUG participants,

I am very big into proactive scheduling and want to take it to the next step by providing a colourful interactive visual management system such as a Kanban board. Has anyone had any experience you would be willing to share with me on this topic?

I would like to create a visual kanban board in the MS Project Enterprise sharepoint framework. The reason for doing this is to create a task execution system that excelerates the projects.

Has anyone done this?
