Manually spread material costs over project duration.

Hello Experts,
I would like to manually assign material resources over the project duration. The idea is to have control over how much material resources I assign to a task for a particular period of time (in this case month); as opposed to Project’s automatic distribution such as “prorating”.

Edrisa, try going into a usage view such as Task Usage, define the timescale as monthly, and enter the material as desired. You should be able to set it up however you want. Hope that helps…
