extra line space between task and date on timeline

  I am running Microsoft Project 2013 and noticed that I have a line space between the task and the date on the timeline. Is there a way to get rid of the line space or is this a bug? This is happening on a call out task on the timeline. Has anyone seen this or have a fix?
