Expansion limitiations in MS Project Server 2010?

We are working in MS Project Server 2010. We want to expand our implementation and be sure we understand what the potential expansion limitations may be.

Is there a recommended maximum:
1) # of files per PWA instantiation?
2) # of Enterprise custom fields?
3) project file size
4) any other limitations?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
