  Has anyone looked into automating the synch process with a scheduled task? We would like to automate it so end users or admins don’t need to open Project to do the synch.

  Have you looked into Manage Rules within the approval page? 2007 allowed automatic task update and 2010 (I believe, maybe not until 2013…not sure) updated the rule to include auto-publish of the project. Hope that helps…
