Larry Christofaro is the president and Executive Consultant with EPM Solution Partners, with over 20 years of project management experience. He combines strengths in EPM architecture and project management to successfully manage Microsoft Project and Project Server/Online engagements ranging from 50-2000+ users that deliver winning solutions for his clients.
A long time contributor to MPUG forums, Larry is spending more time lately enhancing capabilities for several key clients than he is doing new installs, but he tells us that the feature additions have been quite rewarding. He’s helping companies take advantage of Project to support maturing their PMO. This means doing less writing and webinars and a lot more developing of reporting for clients. Some of his work these days is contracted out, but Larry says he gets to keep enough fingers in the projects to keep busy…and get on everyone’s nerves. He loves being a Project Manager…😊
