MPUG

With so many MPUG members taking advantage of our live and on-demand webinars and courses, we often get questions about how to download a transcript or class history from our site. Well, it’s an easy three step process, which we’ll outline below.

Step 1

On the MPUG.com homepage, sign in and hover over your profile icon.  It’s in the upper right hand corner next to the search icon.  Click My Account from the drop-down menu.

Step 2

From the account menu that displays, click Transcript.  A page that shows all the Webinars that you have completed with the specific PDU information for each lesson or webinar will be displayed.

Step 3

From this page you will be able to view and access your Webinar History.  You can also print or view the certificate from each event you have attended.

We are always working to improve our website, so please let us know if you have feedback or questions about this process or others. You can read about other MPUG.com website features here.
