powerBIA project management consultancy and training company has announced a new dashboard subscription service for users of Power BI, Microsoft’s business analytics service. Tumble Road, a Washington state-based company, will shortly release Marquee, a managed dashboard service for Project Server and Project Online users.

Custom fields will be made available for use in the dashboards, and self-service business intelligence capabilities will be enabled via web and Excel integration. Users will be able to access their dashboards through the web, smartphones, tablets, Cortana and Apple Watch.

The company noted that when changes are made to Power BI or Microsoft Project, the underlying code of Marquee will be updated to enable subscribers to continue using their dashboards.

According to company head, Treb Gatte, the dashboards that make up the service “have been professionally designed to be visually engaging, readable by those of us over 45 and are focused on core Project BI needs.”
