Variation in the duration of a task depending on predecessors and / or successor

Is there a way to make the duration of a task automatically adjust based on predecessors and / or successors. Ex: Three finish to start tasks A, B, and C. I want the duration of the task ” B ” to adjust automatically if the end of the task ”A” and / or the start of the task ” C ” change in time,

MS Project supports something called “Hammock Tasks” where the duration of one task is dependent on other tasks. I found this MPUG article which may help.
Not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for.
