SharePoint Online – Task is showing as a # versus text in list view

Hello, recently the tasks in list view are showing up as # (the same as the ID#). I honestly can’t say that I changed anything – seems random. The text displays in the web part, but as soon as I switch to the list, it changes to a #. Any suggestions on how to get the text back or what I may have inadvertently done? I can’t copy and past a screen shot, but have one if it is helpful. Many thanks. Kerry
