If you check out the solutions directory page, most of the trainers listed can provide a 2007 boot camp.  https://mpug.com/resources/services-and-solutions-directory/  Depending on the depth and the timing, there are some sessions coming up on the MPUG schedule for 2007, next up Scheduling Success with 2007.
