Need help with MS Project

I have experience with MS Project, but I am a little rusty. I want to take my company to the next level in terms of project planning and the use of MS Project — to use it very effectively. I am looking for help with any of the following:
1. someone who can work with me (paid gig) for a couple of hours per week helping me learn how to use it in a more advanced way.
2. advice on classes, training, books or videos to learn more advanced concepts.
3. Guidelines on how to use Project so that it helps to manage the project,but is not so burdensome that all of my time is spent trying to get my mpp file to be correct.
