      How do you set all tasks dependency types to Fixed Duration?

      You are confusing task typing and dependency relationships.

      Relationships are finish-to-start which says that when one task is completed, the next task will start

      Task type of fixed duration means that there is a set duration for a task.  (double click on a task, advanced tab to change)

      One has nothing to do with the other.
