Eliminated ability to save as/to ODBC from Project 03 to Project 07

  Why did Microsoft eliminate the ability from 03 to 07 to save as an Access file? In searching their site they say in 07 you cannot save as an ODBC which includes .MDB file/access/SQL, etc. I am wondering why.

  I guess to push more people towards Project Server. However this functionality can be matched by developing VBA code. It’s not straightforward, but very achieveable.
