      Can some one advise on how to change Saturday to a work day for the whole life span of the project?

      I have it now – acually Bonnie Biofore helped me out

      You go to the “Work Weeks” tab in the “Change Working Time” window (Project Tab) – enter work hours for Saturday and that does it.
