  I need to create a view / report that show the hit rate on milestones (deliverable) in EPM 2010. I can not use the BI capability due to control country restrictions on our server instance. I’m looking for a way to do it as a view with custom fields and calculations but I’m finding it a challenge because I also need it grouped by domains (custom text).
