Matthias brings to the field of Project Management six years of project experience, spanning across industries such as aerospace, engineering, telecommunications, and software/technology. His experiences have included program manager implementing a global collaboration platform including Intranet, Team- and Project workspaces and several process applications; Project Manager designing and implementing a Microsoft Project Server based solution to manage Resource- and Capacity planning in a complex project of an IT company; Project Manager working on the optimization of project planning  by implementing Microsoft Project Server at a Technology company; and Subproject Lead of the implementation of a solution for project- and cost planning including SAP integration at a large electronic company.

Matthias completed his studies at the University of Karlsruhe, with a degree in Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur. His certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional. He is fluent in German and English and has a consulting focus on Project Management (methods, processes, tools), Business Intelligence, Microsoft Project Server expert, Integration scenarios with SAP, IT-Implementation projects.
